We offer easy returns and exchanges for Australian orders within 14 days of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new work wardrobe and if you change your mind for any reason, there are a number of options available for you to return your item/s to us.

To be eligible for a return: 

Your item must be unused.

In the same condition that you received it in.

In the original packaging.

Return requested within 14 days of delivery.

HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN?

If you wish to make a return please contact the team on hello@thebleachedit.com to check your return eligibility before processing any returns. Once your eligibility has been approved The Bleach Edit team will forward you the return mailing address for the items. 

We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen whilst in transit, and if you do not have tracking or insurance you are liable and will not qualify for a return.

Once we have received the items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return costs.

Our customer service team will contact you once the return is processed.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Should you need to exchange an item please contact our team on hello@thebleachedit.com. All exchanges are subject to availability and stock. If an exchange is eligible our team will provide you with the return address. Once the items are received, an exchange will be dispatched and you will be notified. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with any exchanges.  

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, we will email you to notify you that we have received and processed the refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Any returns received after 14 days from delivery date will be issued via online e-commerce store credit.
